Our Story
Supreme Roofing and Reconstruction began much like many other roofing companies — but quickly grew into something more. Our founder, James Bowman, entered the roofing industry in his early twenties, combining his natural talent for sales with a love for hands-on construction work. Over time, James gained the experience, skills, and determination needed to build a company that reflects his values of hard work, quality, and honesty.
Together with his wife, Hailea, James launched Supreme Roofing and Reconstruction as the next step in his career and as a legacy for their growing family. The couple worked side by side, driven by a desire to create something lasting and meaningful. From the very beginning, Supreme Roofing has been family-owned, family-focused, and built around the idea of treating every customer like a neighbor.

The Bowmans welcomed their first child around the same time they launched the business — a life-changing moment that shaped the company’s values.
